Injury Prevention

During an injury prevention consultation Daniel noticed I was compensating and leaning to one side when doing squats. This was causing slight discomfort when I was moving and felt like I was losing strength through the movement. After a 15min assessment Daniel ascertained the problem was with the muscles in my right leg. He put together a 30min pre-hab programme for me that I did 5 times in one week and the results were immediate and amazing!  I now incorporate the exercises into my warmup and that’s kept on top of the issue.  So quick and effective.  Thanks Dan The Man!
